Teesmate at teesmate.com is operated by Blate 79Mint Preloral Shop INC. These terms govern use of our website and purchases, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy. No term removes a consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Using the site and your account

You must have legal capacity to place an order or the permission of a responsible parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Keep account credentials secure and notify us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, attempt fraud, or infringe another person’s rights.

Products and information

Read the item description, measurements, selected configuration, compatibility, and included pieces before ordering. Screens and photography can affect color appearance. We aim to keep information accurate and can correct errors. Golf accessory fit and compatibility are limited to the specifications stated for the selected item. Follow its instructions; do not assume a glove size, tee height or accessory attachment is universal.

Orders, availability, and pricing errors

An order submission or automated receipt does not guarantee fulfillment of an unavailable item. If information, availability, or price needs correction before fulfillment, we will contact you with the relevant options rather than charge an unapproved different price. We may decline or cancel an order for an appropriate reason such as an unresolved payment problem, suspected fraud, or inability to supply it, and will return any payment due in accordance with applicable law.

Payment and delivery

Orders are priced in USD; applicable taxes and the total are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase to the 50 states and Washington, DC. Allow 1–2 business days to process and an estimated 2–4 business days in transit after shipment; business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. For a delay beyond a promised shipping time, we will provide notice, revised timing, and cancellation/refund rights required by law.

Returns and cancellation

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns are by mail, with free return shipping and a free prepaid return label included in your package for eligible returns. Contact us if the label is missing or unusable. We charge no restocking fee and accept exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges require new, unused and undamaged items with their included accessories complete; these conditions do not limit your applicable rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Contact us promptly for cancellation; an order already being fulfilled may not be stoppable. The full Refund Policy applies without limiting statutory rights.

Intellectual property and third parties

Website branding and original content belong to their respective owners. Third-party brand names and trademarks identify products; they do not establish endorsement, authorization, or affiliation. Third-party links are provided for relevant information or services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Do not copy protected content without the required permission.

Liability, disputes, and applicable rights

The website may experience interruptions or errors, and information is provided with reasonable care rather than a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude responsibility or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first about an order or site problem so we can try to resolve it. Applicable U.S. federal and relevant state laws and consumer protections remain available; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact
