Payment Policy

USD prices and order total

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and any order charges are displayed in the checkout summary before you pay. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Review the final amount and delivery details before confirming an order.

Payment processing and available methods

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed during checkout. The options available for a particular order may depend on the customer’s device, location, currency, and checkout eligibility. A payment method is available only when it is presented during checkout. Shopify provides payment technology; Teesmate remains responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, and refunds.

Authorization and charges

Your bank or provider may place a temporary authorization when you submit payment. An authorization or pending hold is different from a completed charge. The timing of a completed charge depends on the payment method and order processing. We do not promise a separate authorization or capture schedule not shown for your transaction. If a payment fails, check the details or contact the provider before retrying repeatedly.

Duplicate or unfamiliar transactions

If you suspect duplicate charging, email the order number and a brief description to support@teesmate.com. Do not email a full card number, CVV, account password, or security code. A pending authorization may appear separately from a posted charge; we can help check the order record, while the provider controls the display and release of its holds.

Order verification and one-time purchases

Reasonable payment or fraud-prevention checks may be required before an order is accepted or fulfilled. We will use appropriate contact information if clarification is needed. Catalog items are one-time purchases; we do not attach a subscription or automatic renewal to these products. We do not ask you to pay by cryptocurrency, personal transfer, or an off-site individual bank account.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
