Scope and responsible business

Blate 79Mint Preloral Shop INC operates Teesmate at teesmate.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse, order, request support, or exercise privacy rights. Shopify hosts our commerce platform and processes information to provide its services. Teesmate handles its customer relationship and obligations; this policy does not make Shopify the seller of our products.

Information and sources

Information you provide can include name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order details, account information, communications, and return-related information. Payment information is handled through the payment services shown at checkout; we receive information needed to confirm and manage an order. We do not request complete card details or CVV by email. Browsing can generate IP address, browser/device details, cookie identifiers, page and product interactions, and checkout events through the platform and relevant tools. Information can come from you, your device, our platform, and providers helping with payment, delivery, security, or support.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to take and fulfill orders, process payments and refunds, arrange delivery and tracking, communicate about orders, respond to support or return requests, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, protect security, comply with legal obligations, and manage our business records. Optional analytics or marketing processing, when used, is subject to applicable privacy choices and legal requirements. We do not treat simply visiting this website or reading this policy as consent to optional cookies.

Providers and disclosures

We disclose information relevant to the task to Shopify, payment processors, delivery and tracking providers, customer support services, and technical/security providers. Shipment tracking may use tools such as CWILL (Parcel Panel) for relevant order and delivery information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in a lawful business transaction subject to appropriate protections. Advertising-related disclosure, when applicable, may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law, even when no money changes hands.

Cookies, pixels, and choices

Necessary technologies support cart, checkout, security, and account functions. Optional purposes can include preferences, analytics, and marketing. Use Cookie settings to review or change optional cookie preferences. You can also open Your Privacy Choices for available privacy controls. Browser settings can block or delete cookies but may affect store functions. Platform-managed controls do not automatically describe every independent third-party service; you can contact us about a specific request.

Global Privacy Control and advertising controls

Where applicable, a supported Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser/device, subject to the applicable rules and platform implementation. You can also make a request using Your Privacy Choices or our email. A choice on one browser does not necessarily apply to another device or signed-out session. If you use Google services separately, Google My Ad Center and Google’s partner-site information explain Google’s own choices; visiting these links does not itself stop all data processing on this site.

Google Maps

The contact map is optional. Before you load an embedded Google map, we explain that connecting to Google can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser/device details. You can use the written correspondence address without loading a map. Opening an external Google Maps link connects you to Google and its privacy practices.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, support and returns, legal recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Retention varies by the information and obligation; we do not promise one fixed period for all records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage system is absolutely secure. Shopify and other providers may process information in locations outside your state or country, subject to their services and applicable safeguards.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. An adult should place orders and supervise children’s use of products where appropriate. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

State privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and the law’s coverage, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising rights. California and other covered state rights apply when their legal conditions are met. Submit a request to support@teesmate.com, describe the request and your state, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. We may verify identity proportionately and may request an authorized agent’s authority or direct confirmation. We respond within the time required by the applicable law and explain any permitted extension. If you disagree with a decision, reply with “Privacy appeal”; we will review and provide an answer and information about any further complaint route available under applicable law.
